This project includes the implementation of infrastructure for rainwater and sewage networks, water and electricity networks, road paving, sidewalks, and the design and implementation of parks and main gates.

Progress Stages: Actual project completion in 2022. Contract completion has been approved and a preliminary acceptance committee has been formed. Initial acceptance notes have been completed and approved, and initial acceptance reports have been approved by the beneficiary.
